Dr. Christoph Rojahn
Dr. Christoph Rojahn is the Managing Partner of Falconer Advisory Corp., a global governance advisory firm headquartered in Panama City, Panama established in 2022.
Prior to founding Falconer Advisory Corp., Dr. Rojahn held senior roles in the forensic investigations practices of several specialized professional services firms including (among others) Forensic Partner and Head of Corporate Intelligence with KPMG in Germany, Forensic Director and Head of the CEE / CIS German Desk with PwC Central Europe and Global Head of Security Risk Management of Zurich Insurance Group. Most recently he headed Kroll’s Forensic Investigations and Intelligence practice in Germany and Austria.
Dr. Rojahn is a graduate of the universities of Oxford, Birmingham and Munich. He completed the International Compliance and Anti-Corruption Program of the Institute for US Law in Washington, DC, as well as both the Business Management for Security Executives and the Corporate Governance programs at Wharton Business School. He has overseen or executed assignments in more than 30 different jurisdictions all over the world and is a published author and frequent public speaker on topics including corporate governance, litigation and risk management.
Susan Hawker
Susan is the course leader of the Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade & Maritime Law in Solent University’s Warsash Maritime School. In addition, she is a visiting Professor at Bologna University (Italy), and Frederick University (Limassol, Cyprus) Susan also lectures for the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers’ (ICS) London Shipping School and the Athens Branch of the ICS. In addition to her academic work, Susan speaks at and chairs commercial shipping seminars, and undertakes bespoke in-house legal training.
