Oslo Shipping Drinks
What is this?
For too long the hard-working men and women of shipping, marine insurance and law have laboured without a monthly social drinks to call their own. Vespka AS has, with the support of several friends from the worlds of shipping, insurance and law, Niklas Sonnenschein, Herman Steen, Catherine Scadden, Preben Helverschou, Julie Mangiante, Thea Thorstensen, Mats Fielding , Roger Østern, Ivan Serrachin and Max Cook decided to bring this injustice to an end. You are, therefore, invited to escape your desk and unwind from work on the last Thursday of every month. Feel free to bring your colleagues along and let's have some fun.

Happy P&I new year to the Oslo Shipping Drinks crowd.
We will, as usual, be gathering at 17:00 hrs on the last Thursday of the month i.e. Thursday 26 February. We meet at The Jarmann Gastropub (Stranden 1, 0250 Oslo) in Aker Brygge, immediately next door to the restaurant Asia. Vespka AS will, as usual, sponsor some food and we will need to buy each other drinks.

We have a new home!
Our favoured watering hole Shufl/Oche sadly closed at the end of 2025 and so we will be moving to a new home, the renowned Jarmann Gastropub (Stranden 1, 0250 Oslo) in Aker Brygge, immediately next door to the restaurant Asia. We will be indulged with all sorts of treats and discounts! So, why not come along?
